1 ¼cupoat flourorganic
1 ¼cupbrown rice flourorganic
½cupoat branorganic
½cupstrawberriesfresh or frozen, organic
½cupblueberriesfresh or frozen, organic
2Tbs.honeyorganic
1medegg
¼cupwater
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Puree strawberries and blueberries in a food processor.Combine all ingredients together and mix until a dough forms. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to ¼" thickness.Use any patriotic cookie cutter, or a knife to cut into shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet (they can be rather close together as they don't grow much while cooking).Bake 20-25 minutes. Transfer and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store the cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Shelf life 2 weeks. Have a great day!
