Made with all organic ingredients, although this isn’t a must, the love is the same
Equipment
- oven
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 cup applesauce unsweetened
- ½ cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all ingredients together and mix until dough forms. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to ¼” thickness. Use a cookie cutter or a knife to create shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet (they can be close together as they don’t grow while cooking).
- Bake 20-25 minutes. Transfer and let cool completely on a wire rack. Store the cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator, for up to 2 wks.
